Refund & Return Policy
At Silverwave, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain items such as customized, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at support@silverwave.shop before shipping it back.
5. Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
6. Non-returnable items
Gift cards and downloadable digital products cannot be returned.
